Sin City & The Happiest Place on Earth

Jordan coaches an AAU basketball team and they just finished up their tournaments for the summer with tournaments in Las Vegas, then heading straight to LA for another one. We were lucky enough to get to go with him on these trips. We also brought along Jordan's little brother and sister, Cameron and Andrea. They have never been to California and Jordan told them that he would take them to Disneyland one day after his mission. So we decided to bring them along. I will say it was a LONG week and a half of traveling, living in hotels, eating out, and having 2 little kids, plus 2 teenageers. It was a lot of fun though. We started out in Las Vegas for 5 days. Saturday night Jordan's Mom and Dad brought Cameron and Annie down and they all stayed the night. We left Sunday for LA. What was only supposed to be like a 4 or 5 hour drive ended up being 8! All the LA people were going back home Sunday and there was tons of traffic! It was quite ridiculous!

Anyway, we got to LA late sunday night. Monday morning we went to California Adventure/Disneyland and it was so much fun! I haven't been in about 6 years and Jordan hasen't been in like 7 and of course it was fun to have Wyatt and Chamberlain there, even though they won't remember it. We spent most of the day at California Adventure and went to Disneyland at like 5. I wish we would have spent more time at the Disneyland side, but Cameron and Annie were having fun. We spent a couple of days at the beach and on Friday we went to Six Flags and spent the afternoon there till close. We drove back to Vegas that night leaving at 11pm and getting to Vegas at 4am. We slept in till noon and left for home at like 5 pm getting home at 1 am. Anyway, long story short it was a LONG vacation but lots of fun! Here's a bagillion pictures from our trip...

We had Cameron and Annie watch Wyatt and Chamberlain one night and Jordan and I drove out to Laguna Beach and had a little date. It was lovely :)



Wyatt went on a roller coaster ride all by himself in the Thomas Town at Six Flags. It was a legit one too. He wasn't too sure about it, but he did it. He sat in the front too.

This picture wasn't from our trip but I put it on because Chamberlian is kind of smiling and I love it. He is smiling a lot more now and it is so cute! He is 2 months now and he is sure growing. He went to his 2 month check-up the other day and he's gained 6 lbs and grown 3 inches since his 2 week check-up. He's definitely more chunky than Wyatt was too. He's just a mini Jordan.
