My Poor Child

I just have to say, poor Wyatt. This kid has not been having luck in the bath lately. Last week he was getting out of the bath and was messing around and fell. He hit his face on the edge of the tub and it gave him an immediate black eye and a big bump. The black eye has lasted for over a week, but is just about gone. I wish I had taken a picture of him the night it happened or the next day, but I didn't. At church on Sunday last week everyone was like "Oh what happened to his eye?" I said "He fell in the bath".

Then in the bath this past Saturday night, Wyatt again fell getting out of the tub, but this time he hit his lip and got a nice cut. The cut actually went completely through his lip. He's a tough little guy though. So again, at church yesterday, people were like "What happened to his lip?" We again had to say "he fell in the bath". I swear that's what happened people!! Hopefully he'll learn that he needs to be careful around a wet tub, or else we are going to have lots of little injuries like this. At least he still looks cute with his owies.
