Liberty Park and Gardner Village

On Friday I went with my sister Carrie and my sister-in-law Shawna to Liberty Park so the kids to play in the streams. It was such good weather and the kids loved it. It's so great cuz the kids are pretty close in age. Taryn is 3, Wrigley is 2 and Wyatt will be 2 next month (where did the time go?). Then Tenley is 5 months and Chamberlain is almost 3 months. My sister is having a baby next month too. Anyway, the kids love playing with each other although it usually ends up with fighting and possessiveness. Overall they did great though. We packed lunches and played and ended with a stop to get ice cream cones on the way home.

Yesterday the kids and I went to Gardner Village with my sister and Wrigley, to go to the petting zoo. Wyatt loves animals! He pet every animal in there I think.

This pig was HUGE!!

He was slightly worried about this goat, if you can't tell by the way he's petting it. I think he was scared because his horns were so much bigger and he had a beard thing. Kinda weird...

We were petting this little goat and he started nibbling on my short strings (I cut these shorts from some old jeans). The next thing I know, he's jumped up onto me. Kinda startled me.

Right after Chamberlain was born, Jordan had Wyatt over at his parents house. They were feeding the horses and Wyatt didn't let go of the grass in time and the horse bit him. Jordan couldn't get the horse to let go of his finger and he tried to pull Wyatt's hand out but just couldn't. Finally the horse pulled away and it yanked on Wyatt's finger. His finger has been fat and his nail has been bloody underneath and I thought it had permenantly damaged his finger. The nail looked like a stub. He was pretty hurt and cried for about an hour. Pretty traumatizing if you ask me. Anyway, my point to that story is that Wyatt is not scared of horses after that and I thought he would be. The next time we were over at his parents he wanted to feed the horses, and he even got on the horse with me once. He still likes horses....that's good. *By the way, his nail finally fell off last week. I think it'll go back to normal.

This is how Wrigley smiles....way to funny if you ask me.

I didn't want to bring the stroller in cuz it would get real dirty so we just held the carseat. Look at this cutie! I just love him!

This goat had his head turned like upside down to eat the leaves. All the animals came over thinking they might get some leaves too. It was funny

That's so fun that all of the cousins are so close in age and live pretty close to each other. I'm jealous of that. Brizzy has a few older second cousins, but all of her cousins live far away :( I can't believe how old they all are though. Man, time flies by so fast!
